Thermoplastic Primer is an Acetone based, high performance clear acrylic coating, to be applied as a primer for 100% solid Thermoplastic Traffic Paints and other solvent-based Traffic Paints. This product will improve thermoplastic adhesion to concrete roadways and will also serve as a vapor barrier. Aged asphalt roadway surfaces should also be properly prepared and coated with this product prior to the application of thermoplastic striping material.
